Help from Musicians

Thousands of musicians around the world have been mentored or inspired by Pete Seeger's work.

If this is true of you, we hope you will consider joining other musicians in supporting this Fund in any of the following ways:

  • Include information about the fund (with a link to the "Donate" page http://carryiton.org/donate) in your e-newsletter
  • Put information about the fund on your website
  • Announce about the fund on your Facebook page (or tweet about it!)
  • If you are invited to take part in Seeger-related events or hear about them, suggest the organizers to set these up as benefits for The Carry It On Fund
  • Suggest that the organizers of some of your concerts structure them as benefits for the fund
  • Donate part of the proceeds from a recording to the fund ("Part of the proceeds from this recording support The Carry It On Fund")
  • Put information about the fund on your sales table
  • Sell copies of Pete's autobiography or Rise Again (which he helped create) and send some of the proceeds to the fund (we can help you get copies)
