Toshi Seeger
Toshi Seeger (1922-2013) was an American filmmaker, festival producer & environmental activist.
She cofounded the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater in 1966 with her husband Pete Seeger, which played a major role in the cleanup of that river.
She cofounded the Great Hudson River Revival ("Clearwater Festival") and played a major role for many years in recruiting and programming the musical artists featured in that festival.
She was executive producer of the award-winner 2007 PBS documentary film "Pete Seeger: The Power of Song"
