Fulmer (b.1951) is a Christian feminist singer songwriter who has written and recorded many songs lifting up the power of women. Much of her music is designed for and suitable for use in worship settings. She put out three seminal recordings in the 1980s & 1990s which are available both to purchase and on her YouTube channel.
